I know excuses mean “poor” reasons and some of the examples in the video, such as getting in an accident, can’t be helped. So maybe I shouldn’t be saying excuses. Maybe in Japan people tend to have such high expectations for being on time, I feel anything could be considered an excuse 😅😅
